The project "KEBiK – Kompetente Eltern für die Bildung ihrer Kinder (Competent Parents for the Education of their Children)" has set itself the goal of empowering immigrant parents to support their children's education, to provide information about the German education system in multiple languages, and to inform about existing local education services.The aim is to address existing inequalities in education and participation of migrant children. The project takes place as part of the funding program "Demokratie leben!". The project is carried out by the Bundeselternnetzwerk der Migrantenorganisationen für Bildung und Teilhabe e.V. (bbt).

The website provides information in several languages on issues related to education (e.g., finding a place in a daycare center, changing schools, etc.). Multilingual online counseling is also offered. The counseling supports parents and refers them to local parent initiatives or counseling centers for advice or to get involved in parent activities.
